NEXUSVII.史上最長のロングセラーアウター『OMEGA JACKET』です。
このOMEGA『Ω』という文字はギリシャ語アルファベットの最後の文字にあたることもあり、NEXUSVII.の中でも『最終の完成型』を表現するとても重要な位置付けのアウターとなります。7年もの間、時代感を意識しながら、デザインはもちろん、生地、素材、パーツを入れ替えてバージョンアップを重ねてきました。

10年前より2年間かけて探しようやく発見したオメガジャケットのアイコン的なフロントのプラパーツは、元々60年代頃からGERRYやL.L.BEANなどのアウトドアブランドで使用されてきましたが、現在ではヴィンテージ市場でもなかなか見かける事のない稀少なものとなりました。それをデザインバランスを見ながら配置し今回はショート丈のOMEGA JACKETを制作しました。OMEGA JACKETのショート丈というのは以前、別注でも販売した経緯がありますが、このプラパーツを使用してのリリースは今回が初めてとなります。その他のマイナーチェンジの箇所としては見えない部分にはなりますがフード端に入れている形状記憶の素材を最新の物に変更し、余計な歪みが出ない様に改善されています。また着丈を短くした分、自転車やバイクなどの前傾姿勢でも腰回りのカバーが出来る様に前後に差寸をつけ設計しています。
