2022年にネクサスセブンが別注により登場した黒のワンスターローファーに続く今回のコラボレーションモデルは、90年代に登場したマリンスターをモチーフに、ワンスターのデザインを落とし込んだモデル、「ONE STAR HS D / NX」がNEXUSVII. × CONVERSE EXCLUSIVE for URBAN RESEARCHとして登場します。

アッパー素材は当時のモデルにも見られるキャンバスを採用し、コットン100%のシューレース、そして当時のワンスターキャンバスに見られる特徴的な星型のトウガードが採用されています。一方、ヒールにはワンスターでお馴染みの星のデザインが施されており、内側にはゴムが完備され、着脱を容易にしています。

様々な要素が融合した「ONE STAR HS D / NX」は、ワンスターの50周年記念に相応しいスペシャルな1足となっています。
